How long will my purchase be under warranty, and how can I avail it?
All our products come with a 365 days replacement warranty, starting from the date of delivery. You can easily avail your warranty if the product has not been physically damaged and is still within the warranty period by sending us an email with your order ID to support@VoxForth.com and we will resolve your issue within 24 hours.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
We dispatch all orders received before 6 pm on the very same day. Orders after 6 pm are dispatched the next day. You will be sent a tracking number using which you can remain updated about the shipping status. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours of dispatch.
